If your event is going to receive submissions, in the evaluation stage, the distribution of the papers to the reviewers is very important.
At Even3, we have two types of distribution: Automatic and Manual.
Automatic Distribution
In the automatic distribution, the system distributes the work itself.
When you invite a reviewer, you choose which modalities and subject areas the reviewer will evaluate. If you opt for automatic distribution, the system will send the works taking this into account.
For example, if your event has the Abstract modality and the Medicine subject area. All the papers in this category and this thematic area will be sent to all the evaluators who have been marked as suitable for the Abstract category and the Medicine subject area.
At Even3, in the evaluation settings, you can also set the number of evaluations required to approve or not a work.
Therefore, even if all the evaluators receive the papers from their respective modalities and subject areas, if a paper has been assessed enough times, it will no longer be available to the other evaluators.
Following the example, if your event has 5 reviewers for the Abstract modality and the Medicine subject area, and the number of reviews is 2 reviews: as soon as two of the five reviewers have reviewed a paper, that paper will no longer be available to the other three.
Manual Distribution
In the manual distribution, the organizer will set the evaluators for each work.

Even3 Tip: If you have a lot of works, it's best to opt for automatic distribution. If you only have a few, you can organize them better with manual distribution. |
