Request from authors the complete papers for the Proceedings

Preparing the Event Proceedings is an important part of the event's life cycle. Streamlining this process saves the time of your entire organizing committee.

The publishing of Proceedings is a feature from the Online Proceedings module. To purchase the module, access the menu Submissions > Publishing.

Activating the request

Access the Submissions menu.

Submenu Publishing.

Go to the tab Selection of Papers.

Enable the option Request submission of full papers.

Click on Select Papers.

This way, a button will become available for participants to submit their complete papers. 

Important information

• When publishing the Proceedings, if the authors of a paper have not submitted the full paper, the file that is already in the system will be published. When the authors submit the full paper, the file will automatically be replaced in the Proceedings.
