Set up the event's live streaming

When you activate the online streaming module in Even3, in the event settings you will see a new menu called Online Streaming.

In this menu, you can set up the streaming of the event and activities:

• Event Streaming: It consists of a single video that will be available to attendees when they access the streaming in the attendee area.
• Activities' Streaming: Each activity will have a broadcast video. For these cases, we suggest leaving a welcome video in the "Event broadcast", so that your attendees are well received.

Setting up the event's streaming

Access the Online Streaming menu. On the tab Event.  Click on +Add streaming.

You will have the following streaming options:

• Videoconference
• Live video
• Recorded video

Choose the type of streaming.

Select the platform. Paste the access link. Click on Save streaming.

To make the broadcast available to participants, click on Publish broadcast.

Attendee's Access

Participants can access the broadcast by logging in to the platform and accessing the Online Streaming menu in the Attendee Area. 

Or, you can send the access link. To get the access link, just go to the Streaming Area tab:

And you can also click on "Preview" to see the Streaming Area exactly as it is shown to the attendee.
