Upon sending an invitation to a guest/speaker from your event, an automatic email is sent with that invitation. Though the template is ready to be used, you can also edit it according to your event’s needs. That’s rather easy, all you must do is follow the steps of this article!
Accessing the email templates
Access the Schedule menu. Click on the Settings tab. On the Communication field, click on Change template. |
Editing an email template
On the edition page:
Edit the text.
See the AvailableTags.
Even3 Tip: The tags automate the information in the email. For example, when using the tag {paper.title}, the author will receive an email with the title of their work where the respective tag was inserted. |
You will be able to send an example to yourself, and after that, save the changes. Click on Send Example. End by clicking on Save template. |
