Submissions haven't opened yet.

You have reached the maximum number of submissions.
You are not registered for the event.
Below you can see more details of each of the cases aforementioned.
Details of each reason
Submissions haven't opened yet.
The event organizer sets the period when submissions are open. If you have entered on a day that is not within this period, you will not be able to submit your paper.
In this case, in the Submissions menu, you will see a red warning box informing you of the submission dates.
Your registration hasn't been confirmed yet.
It is common for attendees to register for the event and immediately go to submit their work. What can happen is that registration may be confirmed one to three business days after payment.
It's necessary to wait for this confirmation, and then submit your work. If the submission period is ending, reach out to the event organizer directly, explaining the case and sending the proof of payment.
You have reached the maximum number of submissions.
The event organizer can set a maximum number of submissions per participant. If you have reached this maximum number, you will not be able to make a new submission.
If you are linked to some other paper, even as a co-author, and even if someone else has submitted that paper, it already counts as a submission. |
You are not registered for the event.
This matter varies from event to event, as the organizer may release the submission to:
- Papers from registered and non-registered attendees of the event;
- Papers in which at least one of the authors is registered in the event;
- Papers in which all authors are registered in the event.
So if you are not registered for the event, it may be that the organizer has put some restriction on this.
If you need to contact the event organizer to deal with any of the above, just click on the link: reach out to the event organizer. |
