Canceling an attendee's registration

An attendee reached out to you requesting the canceling of their registration? In this article, we'll teach you how to proceed!

Free Registration 

Access the menu People.

Search for the attendee and click on their name.

Even3 Tip: Use the search field to find the attendee which you wish to cancel the registration. Simply type the attendee's name and click Search.

Once you click, a box with information on the attendee will open: 

Click on the Registration tab.

Then, click on Cancel Registration.

There! The attendee's registration has been cancelled. 

Paid Registration 

If the registration was paid and the payment method (Gateway) is ours, reach out to our support team so that we can assist you on canceling it.
