Canceling my registration for an event

Everything was in order so you could participate in an event, you had already registered and were counting the days. Until, due to a setback, you realized you can no longer attend. 

In this article, we will show you the steps you must follow!

When canceling a registration, the first thing you have to bear in mind is: was the registration paid or free?

Free registrations

For free registrations, you must cancel it yourself: 

Access the Registrations menu. Click on the Cancel Registration button.

You will be able to register again if the registrations for the event in question are open. Once they close, the cancelling of registration is irreversible.

Paid registrations

In case of paid registrations, you will need to contact the event’s organizer to request the canceling of the registration and the refund of the paid amount.

In cases of payment through credit card, the amount refunded will be available on the next card/bank statement.
