Canceling my enrollment in an activity

You backed out of attending an activity and now you want to cancel your enrollment in that activity. Let's go! 

The first thing you need to bear in mind is: is the activity free or paid? 

Free activities 

For free activities, you are able to cancel them yourself: 

Access the Schedule menu. Click on the Cancel Registration.

You will be able to enroll again, if the activities happen to still be open to enrollments. Once closed, the canceling is irreversible.

Paid Activities 

In the case of enrollment in paid activities, it's necessary to contact the event's organizer to request the canceling and refund of the paid amount. 

Talk to the event's organization by clickling here. 

In case of payments by credit card, the refund will be available on the next card/bank statement.
