Why was my payment canceled?

You made a payment on Even3 and, suddenly, noted that the payment was canceled.

The payment gateways do not let us know the real reason for the purchase cancellation. However, a purchase is usually canceled for one of the following reasons:

• Problems with the browser: The cancellation may have happened due to a problem with the browser you are currently using. Because of that, we always recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox, for example.
• Suspicion of fraud: when you make a purchase outside your buying pattern (amount significantly higher than usual, first online purchase, etc), in some cases, the credit card operator itself classifies the transaction as a possible fraud, and, with that, the transaction is not approved.
• Duplicate purchases: usually, cards block internet purchases with the same value, made in a short period of time, or very similar purchases (same website, same product, same value).
• Card blocked for online purchases: your card can be blocked for online purchases, in this case, it’s necessary to reach out to your bank so they may unlock it.
