You are not finding the certificate of that event you attended, and you want to know what happened? In this article, we’ll take care of all your questions!
First of all, check if the certificate really isn’t available. You can access it through the Certificates menu. Check, also, if you’re looking on the right event.

If you have already checked and seen that the certificate is not there, the reasons could be:
Main reasons

You have not been checked in on the event or on the activity;

Below, you can see in greater detail the cases aforementioned.
Details of each reason
The organizer hasn't published the certificate.
The organizing committee is the party responsible for the certificates. Those need to be published to become available to you. The organizer might not have published all the certificates, in case you have more than one to get. Example: Certificate of Attendance and Certificate of Activities.
Click here to contact the event’s organizers.
You are not registered in the event or enrolled on the activity.
Only the attendees duly registered get certificates.
To find out if you are registered to the event, all you must do is go to the Registration menu. And to see if you are enrolled on the activity, you must go to the Schedule menu.
This can happen because maybe you are accessing the event through a different email. If that is not the case, you must reach out to the event’s organizing committee.

You have not been checked in on the event or on the activity.
The organizer may place the condition that you will only get the certificate if you were checked in, that is, only for the people that attended on the day of the event.
If you have attended and even so your certificate is not available, only the organization of the event will be able to help you. Even3 has no authority to check in attendees.

Your work was not checked in.
This case is for the attendees that have submitted work to the event.
The organizer may place the condition that you will only get the certificate if the work was checked in, that is, only for the works that were presented on the day of the event.
If you have presented and even so your certificate is not available, only the organization of the event will be able to help you. Even3 has no authority to check in submissions.

You are accessing through the wrong email.
Many times, while registering to an event, some attendees type the email incorrectly. Then afterwards, while trying to access the event through the correct email, cannot access the certificate.
In this case, we suggest that you contact the event’s organizing committee, stating your name, so that they can find which email you used to register, and with it you will be able to access the certificate.
