The notify people feature is very useful when you want to send a notice to people involved in your event, such as attendees, authors, reviewers, etc.

Notifying people

A window will open where you will create the notification. First, choose who the message will be sent to. It can be to:
- Not registered
- Registered
- Registered and checked-in
- Registered and not checked-in
- Registered for the event with no activities
- Visited the website and did not register
- Participated in all activities
- Participated in specific activities
- Authors
- Organizers
- Paper reviewers
- Guests
The message sent may be:
- Text notification
- Image notification

After that, simply fill in the subject and body text:
